Индивидуальный подход к каждому студенту (объясняю материал на его языке так как есть уникальные). Полный контроль за успеваемостью (все работы по учебному процессу студенты успевают сделать заранее и даже больше чем положено. За неделю до сессии, когда умственная нагрузка идет на подготовку к другим дисциплинам, они по моей дисциплине уже только оформляют не думая так как все сделали в течении семестра). Задания для каждого индивидуально и нет аналогов в мире т.е. списать или купить не возможно. Умственной перегрузки и стресса по моей дисциплине у студентов не было так как умственная нагрузка равномерно распределена на весь семестр. За занятие успеваю с каждым по беседовать и с корректировать изучение по его способностям и восприятию окружающего мира.
